Starting Small And Growing a Business on Ambergris Caye

I started a small business called Sew What! in the fall of 2003.  I've always enjoyed making things and thought I'd see if I could turn this hobby into a business.  More than twenty years later, Sew What! had grown into a business that served San Pedro and the rest of Belize with performance  fabrics and quality fabrication of a wide variety of items:  Furniture cushions, boat canvas and cushions, outdoor shade items, and window treatments.  But after twenty plus years it was time for a change.   The business was divided  so that my team and I now focus solely on  Window Treatments and Specialty Fabrics out of our workshop located north of San Pedro.

For your other projects, you will still find Sew What! in San Pedro,  now owned by two of my long term employees who continue to make quality items for homes, resorts, and boats.
